Setting up a Master-Slave Chain

The effect light can be operated controlled by a DMX controller or in a master slave chain. In that case, the integrated
controller of the master device controls the connected slave devices.
Connect the DMX OUT connection on the master device to DMX IN connection on the first slave device.
Connect the DMX OUT connection of the first slave device to the DMX IN connection of the second slave device.
Proceed accordingly with all remaining slave devices.
Plug an XLR plug with a terminating resistor into the DMX OUT connection of the last slave device (as described
in section "Connection of a DMX controller").

Mains Connection

The mains outlet to which the effect light is connected must be easily accessible to quickly
separate the device from the mains voltage in case of an error.
Do not let the mains cable come into contact with other cables.
Be careful when handling the mains cables and mains connection. Mains voltage can lead to
a fatal electric shock.
Make sure that no cables lie around openly. Install cables professionally to prevent accidents.
Never overload the mains output IEC POWER OUT. The maximum load capacity of the mains
output is 10A. The maximum consumption of all connected devices must not exceed this value.
Connect the mains connector of the mains line into the mains connection IEC POWER IN at the device.
Put the plug of the power line into a grounded wall socket.
The device is on as soon as it is connected to the power supply.
Through the mains output IEC POWER OUT, other effect beamers can also be connected to the mains. For this,
plug in a mains extension (available in specialist stores) in the mains output IEC POWER OUT and connect it
to the mains connection of another device.
