AUXILIARY AUDIO SOURCES
Radio with central display
Your audio system is equipped with a
USB port as well as a Bluetooth® con-
nection which can be used to connect
external audio sources.
Note: the auxiliary audio source for-
mats include MP3,WMA and AAC.
USB connection
Connection
Connect the plug of the MP3 player,
portable digital audio player or USB
drive to the USB port.
Once the device is connected, the track
will be displayed automatically.
Using the external audio source
Once your external audio source is con-
nected, its contents can be accessed
via the multimedia system menus.

Once the external audio source is con-
nected, the first audio track will start to
play automatically.
The system automatically restarts the
last song played if the external audio
player was previously connected to the
audio system.
The audio system stores playlists iden-
tical to those of your external audio
source.
If the external audio source has files,
playlists and folders in its directory, the
display and playback order on the 10
screen will be as follows:
– "Folders";
– "Tracks";
– "Playlists".
To access the contents of your external
audio player via your audio system:
– press 6 to return to the playlist;
– rotate 6 or 15 to scroll through the
tracks;
– press 4 to go back to the previous
folder;
or
– press 6 to select the folder, playlist or
listen to the selected track.
Charging using the USB port
Once the USB plug of your portable
digital audio player or telephone is con-
nected to the USB 7 port of the audio
system, it is possible to charge and
maintain the charging level of the bat-
tery during use.
Note: some devices do not recharge
or maintain battery charge level when
they are connected to the USB port on
the audio system.
