12. Troubleshooting
If Jacto PB-25 shows malfunctioning, look for the following causes:
Problem
The equipment does not turn on.
The equipment stopped working.
The equipment is low on power or is
not cutting properly
The equipment is overheating

The battery is discharged.
The battery has disconnected from
the holder.
The on/off button is damaged.
The cable is ruptured.
The electrical components are
damaged.
The internal components are broken.
The cable is ruptured.

The blade or counter-blade is broken.
The blade nut lacks tightening.
The trigger is defective.
Internal cable harnesses are damaged.
The battery is discharged.
The battery has disconnected from
the holder
Equipment failure alert.
The cutting blade is worn or serrated.
The cutting blade and the count-
er-blade have too much gap.
The counter-blade is worn.
The blade nut lacks tightening.
Cutting branches with dimensions or
hardness above the specified.
The cutting blade is worn or serrated.
The counter-blade is worn.
The blade nut is excessively tightened.
The cutting Frequency is high.
Lubrication between the blade and the
counter-blade is insufficient.
Wood hardness is close to or above the
maximum cutting capacity.
Possible solution
Fully charge the battery.
Reconnect the battery.

Reduce the work rhythm.
Grease them as instructed (refer to item "11.3. Lubricating

Make cuts with smaller diameters (refer to item "8. Intended
Use" on page 6).
