Troubleshooting
Cause
1. Blade out of balance.
2. Workpiece not clamped
or supported properly.
1. Battery Pack 13 not
charged.
2. Battery Pack 13 not
installed properly.
3. Battery Pack 13
temperature is too hot
or cold for operation.
4. Burned out switch.
5. Other.
1. Alignment Laser 17 is
out of alignment.
Corrective action
1. Discard blade and use
different blade.
2. Clamp workpiece.
1. Charge battery if needed.
2. Confirm battery is locked
and secured to the tool.
3. Let battery sit a few
minutes or until it
reaches normal operating
temperature.
4. Have switch replaced by
an Authorized Dremel
Service Center or Service
Station.
5. Have tool inspected by an
Authorized Dremel Service
Center or Service Station.
