Laser Realignment Instructions
(Fig. 1, Fig. 11, Fig. 12)
For realigning the laser you'll need a work-
piece with a straight edge, a 1.5mm allen
wrench, a Phillips head screwdriver and a
small putty knife.
Do not press the trigger
while adjusting the laser.
Pressing the trigger will turn ON the saw and
can result in personal injury and property
damage.
1. Install the Battery Pack 13.
2. Retract the lower guard and position the
tool with the blade against the edge of
the workpiece.
3. Press the Laser Power Button 15 to turn
on the laser. Note: the laser will stay on
momentarily to conserve battery.
4. Loosen the set screw 28 with the allen
wrench. Rotate the laser 17 by inserting
the small putty knife into the slots at the
front. Rotate until the laser line is paral-
lel with the edge of the workpiece. Once
the laser line is parallel, tighten the set
screw.
5. To offset the laser line left or right, you'll
need to tighten (line will move to the left)
or loosen (line will move to the right) the
Phillips head screw 29.
6. Verify the laser line is on the edge of the
workpiece, if not, repeat steps 3-4 until it
is aligned and parallel.
