Inserting and Releasing
Battery Pack
(Fig. 5)
in the battery/charger list, included with
your tool. Using other types of batteries may
result in personal injury or property damage.
To insert the battery pack:
Slide the charged Battery Pack 13 into the
housing until the Battery Pack 13 locks into
position.
To check if the battery is locked in place,
lightly pull the battery in the opposite direc-
tion. If the battery moves, do not use the
tool, and repeat the insertion procedure until
the battery is locked in place and does not
slide backwards.
To remove the battery pack:
Press the Battery Pack Release Buttons 14
and slide the Battery Pack 13 away from the
bottom of the tool.
Battery Charge Indicator
(Fig. 1, Fig. 5, Fig. 6)
When the Battery Pack 13 is inserted and the
Trigger Switch 1 or Alignment Laser Power
Button 15 is pressed, the Battery Charge In-
dicator 16 displays the Battery Pack's 13 ap-
proximate state of charge for 3 seconds.
