The tool is not compatible with Dremel Ultra-
Saw nor Saw Max blades.

1. Disconnect the Battery Pack 13 from the
tool.
2. Press and hold the Shaft Lock Button 20.
Turn Blade Stud 26 with provided Wrench
27 in a clockwise direction A and remove
Blade Stud 26 and Outer Washer 25.
Note: The wrench is stored near the side
of the motor housing.

Saw Assembly
Disconnect battery pack from tool before making any assembly, adjust-
ments or changing accessories. Such preventive safety measures reduce

Use only 3-3/8" (85mm)
diameter
blades.

3. Make sure the saw teeth and arrow on the
Blade 3 point in the same direction as the
arrow on the Upper Guard 9.
4. Retract the Lower Guard 7 all the way up
into the Upper Guard 9. While retracting
the lower guard, check operation and
condition of the LOWER GUARD SPRING.

5. Slide the Blade 3 through slot in the Foot
4 and mount it against the Inner Washer
24 on the Blade Shaft 23. Be sure the
large diameter of the Outer Washer 25
lays flush against the blade.
6. Reinstall Outer Washer 25 and tighten
Blade Stud 26 finger tight in a counter-
clockwise direction B. Press and hold
Shaft Lock Button 20 to lock shaft and
TIGHTEN BLADE STUD COUNTER-CLOCK-
WISE 1/8 TURN WITH THE WRENCH PRO-
VIDED.
Do not use a wrench with a longer handle,
since it may lead to over tightening of the
blade stud.
