Rinse them before fixing.
Detach the metal funnel by turning it anticlockwise and dispose the coffee residue
inside. Then you can clean it with cleanser, but at last you must rinse with clear water.
Never use a dishwasher to clean any parts of the machine. Put the coffee maker in a
dry and not very hot place.
TROUBLE SHOOTING

Solution
Open the steam knob after heating up as
described in section "7. FIRST USE"
Fill the tank
Clean the filter holder spout holes

the coffee filters"
Press the tank down lightly to open the
valves on the bottom
Descale as described in section "11.1
Descale"
Attach the filter holder correctly and rotate
firmly as far as it will go

Use the measure supplied and make sure
you are using the correct filter for the type
of preparation
Fill the tank with water
