Cause
Battery is not fully charged
Using unsuitable nylon line
Life of battery has been reached or
exceeded
Guides / contacts dirty

No electrical contact between charger
and battery
Fault in battery
(4 light emitting diodes on battery flash
red for about 5 seconds)
Fault in charger
Remedy
Charge the battery
Replace nylon line

Check battery
and replace
Carefully clean the guides / contacts
Allow the battery to cool down / warm up
the battery slowly at a temperature
between 15°C and 20°C.
Operate the charger indoors only in dry
locations at an ambient temperature
between +5°C and +40°C.
Remove the battery and refit it again
Take the battery out of the power tool
and refit it. Switch on the power tool – if
the light emitting diodes still flash, the
battery is faulty and must be replaced.
Have charger checked by servicing
