I HAVE A PROBLEM
Check that the switch below the device is in the position.
Check that the device is connected to the power supply.
Press
briefly.
If you are programming, check that you are on a bathroom use
time slot.
The time set for the period of use corresponds to the product
heating start time. If you want the room to be warm when you
arrive, we recommend that you set an advance start time for use
of the bathroom
Check that the installation's circuit breakers are engaged or that
the load-shedding device (if present) has not stopped the device
from functioning.
Check that the device is switched on (switch on the position).
Check the air temperature in the room: if it is too high compared
to the set-point temperature, the device will not heat up.
Read the temperature at the bottom right of the device (this is
where the sensor is located). If this temperature is below the
set-point temperature, then the device should be heating up.
If there is a notable difference between the temperature at the
bottom right of the device and the ambient temperature of the
room, we recommend that you correct the environment around
the device. Otherwise, we recommend that you check the device's
power in relation to the dimensions of the room and the structure.
Also ensure that the product is heating an enclosed area (no influx
of air from unheated rooms). In the event of a problem (thermostat
blocked, etc.), cut the power to the device (fuse, circuit breaker) for
about 10 minutes, then switch it on again.
If the phenomenon reoccurs frequently, have the power supply
checked.
Increase the temperature.
If the setting is at its maximum, make the following checks:
- Check whether another heating method is present in the room.
- Check that your device only heats the room in question
(door closed).
- Check the supply voltage to the device.
- Check whether the power of your device is suited to the size
of your room.
