Solutions
Check that the plug is properly inserted into
the power outlet, and that the power outlet is
powered.
Close the lid of the chute.
Follow the assembly steps, ensure red dot on
the filter is aligned with the triangle on the
rim of the auger container, ensure the 3-in.
feed chute is locked in place.
This is completely normal. The "new appliance"
smell should disappear after a few uses.
We recommend adding ingredients through
the feeding chute at a slower pace and allow
them to get pressed through the auger before
adding more.
Use the tip of the brush to dislodge pulp stuck
in the pulp spout.
Press On/Off switch, then keep pressing
the [Rev] button for 3 to 5 seconds, before
releasing. Repeat this 2 to 3 times. This should
loosen the parts, and move the stuck foodstuff
upwards. Disassemble and rinse all parts
thoroughly.

Solutions
Check whether the voltage is too low
Unplug the unit, remove the auger and
takeout residual ingredients. Rinse thoroughly
and reassemble according to the assembly
steps provided.
The unit detects an overheat of the motor.
Stop operation, unplug and let the motor
cool down for 30 minutes before resuming a
normal operation.
Close lid chute, check that the 3-in. feed chute
is locked firmly in place.
Ensure red dot on the filter is aligned with the
triangle on the rim of the auger container, and
that filter is firmly inserted in place.
Make sure the 2-piece Auger (top) is in place.
This is normal. Some ingredients are noisier to
juice then others (ex beets, apples)
Do not force too much food into the chute.
Make sure ingredients are gradually fed for
proper extraction.
Ensure that the cap in the juice spout is open
and juice is coming out of the juice spout.
Check that the red silicone seal in the auger
container is firmly inserted.
The juicer will run in reverse mode for 3
seconds when switched off, to help loosen the
parts for an easier disassembly.
Check any assembly issue, that the chute lid
is closed, and that the 3-in. feed chute is firmly
locked in place.
