• Always keep batteries out of the reach of
children.
• Do not use rechargeable batteries!
• The cleaning and user-maintenance may not
be carried out by children without supervision.
• Clean the batteries and the device contacts as
necessary and before inserting the batteries.
• Do not expose the batteries to extreme
conditions (e.g. radiators or direct sunlight).
Otherwise there is an increased risk of leaks.
• Warning. This product contains a coin battery
(button cell with lithium). If swallowed, a coin
battery can cause internal chemical burn
injuries.
• Warning. Dispose of used batteries imme-
diately. Keep new and used batteries out
of the reach of children. Seek medical help
immediately if you suspect that batteries have
been swallowed or ingested.
Danger!
• Handle a damaged or leaking battery with
extreme care and dispose of it properly and
immediately. Wear gloves to handle the
battery.
• If you come into contact with battery acid then
wash the affected area with soap and water.
If battery acid gets in your eye rinse it out with
water and seek medical help immediately!
• Do not short-circuit the terminals.
Inserting/replacing batteries
(figs. F, G and H)
WARNING! Comply with the following
instructions to prevent mechanical and
electrical damage.
Remove the protective strip from the product
before first use (13a) (fig. G).
To insert and replace the batteries (21), (22)
proceed as shown in figs. F, G and H.
Note: You will need a suitable screwdriver (not
contained in delivery).
Note: Pay attention to the plus/minus polarity
of the batteries and their correct installation.
The batteries must be located entirely inside the
battery compartment.
Assembly
Assemble the product as shown in figs. B-E.
Note: For assembly use the spanner (17) with
the attachments provided (18/19) (fig. J). Alterna-
tively you can use the remote control (16) as an
electric screwdriver (see "Electric screwdriver").
Use
Electric screwdriver
You can use the remote control (16) as an elec-
tric screwdriver (fig. K) as follows:
1. Insert the motor (20) into the remote control (16).
2. Plug one of the attachments (18/19) into the
front part of the motor.
3. Slide the switch (16a) of the remote control
upwards and set the switch (20a) on the
motor to "R/C" (20b).
4. Press the button (16b) to screw the
screws (14/15) in.
5. Press the button (16c) to unscrew the
screws (14/15).
6. Set the switch (20a) to the arrow to the
left (20d) (screwing in) or to the right (20e)
(unscrewing) to use the electric screwdriver in
continuous mode.
7. Slide the switch (16a) on the remote control
downwards and set the switch (20a) to the spot
(20c) to switch the electric screwdriver off.
8. To remove the motor (20) press the but-
ton (16c) downwards. Carefully pull the motor
out of the remote control.
Vehicle
1. Insert the motor (20) on the underside of
the vehicle (3) (fig. I). When closing the
catch (3a) it must snap into place audibly.
2. To switch the vehicle on, set the switch (20a)
on the motor to "R/C" (20b).
3. Slide the switch (16a) on the remote con-
trol (16) upwards.
4. Press the button (16b) to make the vehicle
move forwards.
5. Press the button (16c) to make the vehicle
move backwards.
6. Set the switch (20a) on the motor to the arrow
to the left (20d) to make the vehicle move
forwards in continuous mode.
