Hinweise zur Fehlerbehebung
1. Bedeutung der WiFi-Status-LED (1):
*--*--*: Blitzen (Auslieferzustand) – Hotspot aktiv
*-*-*-*: Gleichmäßiges Blinken – Verbindung zu WiFi
und Cloud wird aufgebaut.
*******: Dauerhaftes Leuchten – Verbindung zur Cloud
erfolgreich.
2. Verbindung zur Cloud auch nach einigen Minuten nicht
erfolgreich:
Wahrscheinlich liegt ein Fehler bei der Eingabe der
Account- oder WiFi-Daten vor. Zur Neueingabe Hotspot
aktivieren und Eingaben überprüfen.
Überprüfen Sie, ob das WiFi Ihres Routers ein 2,4 GHz
Netzwerk ist. 5 GHz werden vom Turbelle
nicht unterstützt!
3. Hotspot wird nicht gefunden:
Überprüfen Sie, ob der Cloud Modus aktiv ist, indem Sie
ihn über die „Mode" Taste aktivieren.
Überprüfen Sie, ob der Hotspot aktiv ist, indem Sie den
Blinkcode der Status-LED kontrollieren.
Hotspot aktivieren
Um aus dem WiFi-Betrieb wieder den Hotspot zur
Neukonfiguration zu aktivieren oder um die WiFi- oder
Accountdaten zu ändern, Taste „Mode" für 3 Sekunden
gedrückt halten und loslassen. Das Gerät startet neu. Die
WiFi Status LED blitzt.
Troubleshooting
1. Meaning of WiFi status LED (1):
*--*--*: Flashing (delivery status) – hotspot active
*-*-*-*: Steady blinking – connecting to WiFi
*******: Steady glow – connection to the cloud successful.
2. Connection to the cloud is not successful even after a
few minutes:
There is probably an error when entering the account or
WiFi data. To re-enter, activate hotspot and check entries.
Check if the WiFi of your router is a 2.4GHz network.

3. Hotspot is not found:
Check whether cloud mode is active by activating it using
the "Mode" button.
Check whether the hotspot is active by checking the
blinking code of the status LED.
Activate hotspot
To reactivate the hotspot for reconfiguration from WiFi
operation or to change the WiFi or account data, press and
hold the "Mode" button for 3 seconds and release it. The
device restarts. The WiFi status LED flashes.
