Do not use the device in rooms containing easily ignitable dust

Connecting the vacuum cleaner properly
Only connect the device to a properly installed socket. The
■
socket must also be easily accessible after the device has been
connected. The mains voltage must correspond to the technical
data of the device (see chapter "Technical data"). Only use prop-
er extension cables, whose technical data correspond to those
of the device.
Make sure that the connected mains cable does not pose a trip
■
hazard, that it does not get pinched or kinked and does not come
into contact with hot surfaces.
Proper use
Only use and store the device indoors. Do not use the device
■
outdoors or in rooms with high humidity or on hot surfaces.
Check the device and accessories for damages prior to each
■
use. If the device, mains cable, mains plug or a fi lter are visibly
damaged the device must not be used. Do not attempt to repair
the device or to replace parts yourself. In the event of damage,
contact a local qualifi ed professional or customer service.
Do not use the device if it malfunctions, has vacuumed up liquids
■
or objects or has fallen down. Have the device checked by a
qualifi ed professional.
Only use the device if it has been completely and correctly as-
■
sembled! The dust container and fi lters must be in place and
must be undamaged! If dirt gets into the interior of the device
it could damage the motor. The dust container must be shut in
order for it to be inserted properly.
