Engine oil strainer
BWARNING
Due to that the cover of the right crankcase must be
removed before removing the strainer, whether the
strainer needs to be replaced should be determined
by the professional technical personnel of the
dealer.
CLUTCH
Check separation clearance
1. Make the mark line (A) align the
slot of the adjusting screw 2.
2. Fix the clutch adjusting screw
2, counterclockwise revolve the
locking nut 1,
locking nut 1.

3. Counterclockwise revolve the
adjusting screw 2 slowly, if you
feel a slight resistance at first, explain that the clutch
has no separation clearance at this time. Perform the
following "Adjust separation clearance" directly.
4. If you feel no resistance at first, continue to slowly
rotate the screw 2 until you feel a slight resistance
and stop rotating, make the mark line (B) align the
slot of the adjusting screw 2 at this time, the angle
formed by (A) and (B) is the separation clearance.
If the angle is in the range of 30–45 degrees (1/12–

1/8 loop), there is no need to adjust the separation
clearance, clockwise revolve the adjust screw 2 to
the position (A), then secure the locking nut 1 and
mark it. If it exceeds 30–45 degrees range, go to the
following "Adjust separation clearance".
Adjust separation clearance
1. Clockwise revolve the adjust screw 2 one loop, be
careful not to rotate too much.
2. Counterclockwise revolve the adjusting screw 2
slowly, until feel a slight resistance and stop.
3. At this position as the start point, clockwise revolve the
adjust screw 2 1/8 loop (45 degrees), then tighten the
locking nut 1.
NOTE: When tightening the locking nut 1, use a
screwdriver to fix the adjusting screw 2 to avoid rotation
with the locking nut 1.
4. After the adjustments, test drive the motorcycle and
check if the clutch is running normally. When the foot
starts the motorcycle, the engine should start normally
and the clucth dose not slip.
