Wireless weather station
• The first adjustable value flashes on the display.
• Use the MAX/+ or –/MIN button to make the desired setting, while the value flashes. Press and hold the
buttons in setting mode for fast mode.
• Confirm with the SET button and go to the next setting.
• The sequence is shown as follows:
– Day-of-the week language: German (DE - default), English (EN), French (FR), Italian (IT), Spanish (ES),
Dutch (DU)
– DCF reception ON/OFF (default: DCF ON)
– Time zone +12/-12 (default: ZONE 00)
– Hour, minutes
– Year, month, day
• After all adjustments are completed, press the SET button to exit the setting mode.
• The device will automatically quit the setting mode if no button is pressed for 20 seconds.
5.1.1 DCF reception
• By default, the DCF reception is activated (DCF ON) and after successful reception of the DCF signal no
manual time setting is necessary.
• In the setting mode, you can deactivate (DCF OFF) or activate again the DCF reception.
• Once the DCF time reception is deactivated the clock must be manually set. No time zone will appear. The
DCF reception symbol disappears.
• If the DCF reception is activated, the manually set time will be overwritten by the DCF time when the signal
is received successfully.
6. Indoor-outdoor climate and weather
6.1 Temperature and humidity
6.1.1 Maximum and minimum values
• There are two memory modes for highest and lowest values:

a) Daily maximum and minimum values for outdoor temperature with auto reset
• The HI/LO values are permanently displayed next to the outside temperature and are automatically reset at
midnight.
b) Indication of maximum and minimum values with manual reset
• Press the –/MIN button in normal mode. MIN flashes on the display.
• You can now see the lowest measuring value since the last reset with time and date of recording.
• The sequence is shown as follows:
– Outdoor temperature
– Indoor temperature
– Indoor humidity
• Press the –/MIN button once more to go back to the current values display.
• Repeat the process by pressing the MAX/+ button to see the maximum values. MAX flashes on the display.
• Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds while the highest or lowest values are displayed. The values
will be deleted and reset to the current state.
6.1.2 Dew point
• Press and hold the MAX/+ button for 3 seconds in normal mode to display the current indoor dew point
temperature (DP).
6.1.3 Comfort level indicator of indoor climate (Fig. 5, p. 87)
• On the display appears a smiley to indicate the comfort level of the indoor climate.
6.2 Weather forecast
6.2.1 Weather symbols
• The weather station has 6 different weather symbols: sunny, slightly cloudy, cloudy, rainy, thunderstorm,
snowfall.
• A snow crystal is shown if rain or thunderstorm is forecasted and the outdoor temperature is under 0°C.
