NOTE
Always make sure that the switch is in the "OFF"
position before connecting the product to its
power supply.
OUTLET REGULATOR
The air regulator (Fig. 1.11) controls the pressure
of the supplied air. Pull up the pressure regula-
ting knob and turn the air regulator clockwise to
increase or counterclockwise to decrease the air
pressure. After adjusting to the required pressure
level press the regulating knob down to lock.
The air compressor can be used with a variety of
tools such as sprayers, air tools, grease guns and
for tire & ball inflation. Proper air pressure adjust-
ment is essential for all of these functions. Refer
to the air pressure specifications provided with
the tool you are using.
WARNING
Never increase the air pressure supplied by the
compressor above the maximum air pressure ca-
pability of the attached device to avoid damage
to the product or the risk of an explosion causing
injury or death.
PRESSURE GAUGES
The dual pressure gauzes (Fig. 1.10) indicate the
air pressure in the tank and the air pressure of the
delivered air through the air outlet.
THERMAL OVERLOAD PROTECTION
The motor of this product is equipped with a
thermal overload protection, located on top of
the motor. When the protection is activated the
motor stops and the thermal overload protection
switch pops up. In order to restart the product,
put the ON/OFF switch in the OFF position and
then push the thermal protection switch down to
it's original position. If the thermal overload pro-
tection continues to actuate, it is a sign of over-
load or damage and your authorized dealer or
authorized service center must be contacted for
further inspection.

nual.

WARNING
Never do maintenance or cleaning with the unit
running. Always work on a cool unit. Before clea-
ning or doing maintenance work, disconnect the
product from it's power source and read the re-
levant instructions. Always wear proper clothing
and protective gloves whenever your hands are
at risk. Any adjustments or maintenance operati-
ons not described in this manual must be carried
out by your dealer or an authorized service centre
with the necessary knowledge and equipment to
ensure that the work is done correctly maintai-
ning the product's original safety level. Any opera-
tions performed by unauthorized service centers
or persons will totally invalidate the warranty and
all obligations and responsibilities of the manu-
facturer. Keep all nuts and screws tight to be sure
the product is always in safe working condition.
Routine maintenance is essential for safety and
for maintaining a high-performance level. Never
use the product with worn or damaged parts. Fa-
