The enclosed Z 10 / RVS 8 adapter (for retail only) must be
used with 30 mbar systems with 8 mm gas pipes.
The DuoControl CS is intended for installation in the gas cylin‑
der box of the caravan or motor home.
When it is being used outdoors, the DuoControl CS
must be protected from the elements and dripping
water with a protection hood.
Choose a suitable position for the DuoControl CS, in particular:
– Type plate legible,
– Status indicator recognisable,
– Avoid damage during cylinder replacement,
– Make it difficult for gas in the liquid phase to penetrate,
– Allow enough room to retrofit the Truma remote indicator,
– Route high‑pressure hoses without tension.
If the gas cylinder valves are more than one metre apart, the
additional kit (part no. 50020‑61100) may be used.

– Fasten to a stable wall / ceiling with 4 screws.
Ensure that it is firmly attached.

– Connect the Ø 8 mm or 10 mm gas supply line to the regulator
outlet in accordance with the respective installation instruc‑
tions for olive screw connections (e.g. EN ISO 8434‑1). When
tightening, carefully use a second spanner on the provided
spanner surfaces to keep the entire assembly from turning.
– Using elbow unions if necessary, screw high‑pressure hoses
(only with HRP) to the DuoControl CS inlets.
– When installation is complete, have the entire gas system
inspected by a specialist technician to check for leaks
and correct installation. Check the hose connections at
the DuoControl CS inlet for leaks (e.g. using a leak‑finder
spray in accordance with EN 14291). If a gas testing cer‑
tificate has already been issued, it must be supplemented /
updated accordingly.
This test does not replace the regularly scheduled gas
check!
– All functions must then be tested in accordance with the
operating instructions.
– The operating instructions must be given to the operator.

– The provided sticker must be affixed in the cylinder box.
