WEIGHT HIDDEN FUNCTION
This function can split the weight between two spokes
to two parts and apply the two new weight behind two
contiguous spokes. The hidden weight will not aff ect the
beauty of the wheel
This function is only applicable to ALU1 & ALU3 modes,
taking ALU1 mode as an example to
show the operation method of hidden weight function.
Under ALU1 mode, input the value A1, D1, A2, D2 of wheel
and run the balancer to get the unbalance
value. If the outside weight is between two spokes, can use
this function as following:
1. assuming that the outer weight is between spoke 1 and
spoke 2, press ABD button to enter weight hidden function.
2. The machine display "SPO. 1", pull out the scale
and contact the scale head to rim plane behind the
spoke 1 and keep the wheel stay. Return the scale and
press ABD to confi rm.
3. The machine display "SPO. 2 ", pull out the scale and
contact the scale head to rim plane behind the spoke 2
and keep the wheel stay. Return the scale and press ABD
to confi rm.
4. Now the outer weight was split two weight behind the
spokes. Press ABD button to shift between the two
weights. Use the scale according to method of sticking
weight in the above chapter to stick the weight insider and
two weights outside onto the rim plane.

4.2.1 use the scale to apply the weight as following:
4.2.2 put the weight on the scale head and the glue side is upward.
Then pull out the scale.
4.2.3 the left window will display the distance between
the scale and the position to apply the weight like the below picture
showing 1.5cm.
and keep the wheel stay, contact the scale head to the plane then press
the weight to the position then return the scale.
5. press START to run the machine after apply the weight. The machine
will display the balance reason after rotation stop.
Note:
If found that the wheel parameter is wrong after test complete. Press
STOP to re input the parameter value then press FINE for long time to
check the new reason and no need to retest.
The machine displays the unbalance value as 5 integral multiples (if
the unit is oz , display 0.25 integral multiples) in order to fi nd proper

when the scale reaches the position, the left
window will have a fl icker then display the unbalance
