When the extended scale handle switch is on, it's suitable for
motorcycle wheel balance. The motor indicator light is on, the
default mode is STA mode at this moment. The display is as
following:
In order to distinguish with the normal scale handle. Install the
extended handle in the scale handle and install the motor
adaptor on the main shaft. The installation of motorcycle
motor is as below picture. The balance operation refers to the
above chapter 9.
MACHINE TEST
1. press ABD +
+
sound test. Press ALU to enter next item and press STOP to exit.
2. Scale angle sensor test: rotate the scale by hand and the right
side value will change. Press ALU to enter next item and press
STOP to exit.
3. scale length sensor test: pull out the scale and the right side
value will change Press ALU to enter next item and press STOP to
exit.
4. pressure sensor test: press the main shaft by hand and the both
sides of value will change. Press ALU to enter next item and press
STOP to exit.
5. encoder board test: rotate the wheel by hand and the value will
change. Press ALU to enter next item and press STOP to exit.
ERROR LIST
encoder board damaged;
power board damaged;
motor damaged.
Install the wheel is not correctly installed or
the belt is too tight.
Unbalance weight is too big.
Wheel reverse rotating
Not lower down the protection cover.

Reason
Solution
1.If shaft can rotate, change encorder board;
2.The error 1 appares with shaft rotating,
maybe
power board damaged or motor damaged.
3.The error 1 appares withtout shaft rotating,
maybe power board damaged or motor
damaged.
Install the wheel or adjust the belt.
Check if the wheel was installed well or if
something on it.
Check the motor wire is right or not.
Adjust ir change the stroke switch.
