SCALE CALIBRATION
When D value cannot be measured correctly, can do the scale
calibration.
1. install a wheel onto the machine. Press FINE+ALU, the machine
will display "ruler --". After one second, the machine enters the
scale calibration program. The left window displays " 1 --"; right
window displays the value which get by the scale.
2. pull out the scale and put it on the main shaft then press
START to confi rm.
3. The left window display "d16", press

to change the d value to the real value of the wheel. Pull out the
scale and contact the scale head to the measurement position of
wheel diameter then press START to confi rm.
4. The left window display " 0", keep the scale at 0 cm then press
START to confi rm.
5. The left window display "15", keep the scale at 15cm then
press START to confi rm. The machine display "End". The scale
calibration completed.
