back or side-to-side at the vehicle belt path.
9 The entire blue marker is completely visible between the two lines
on the recline angle indicators.
9 Lap belt is routed under both belt guides and the ClickTight.
9 Vehicle belt is locked.
9 Lower connector storage compartment lid is closed and secure
prior to attaching carrier.
9 ClickTight indicator window is entirely green and no red is visible.
