Using the Base Accessory
Before installing the child restraint:
‐ Check that your vehicle seat belt is compatible
with the child restraint by referring to your vehicle
owner's manual and page 28 in this user guide.
Overhang
It is important that the base of the child
restraint rests completely flat on the vehicle
seat with no side overhang. It is permissible
to allow up to 11.9 cm (or 4.7 in.) of the base
to hang over the edge of the vehicle seat.
Adjusting the Recline Angle
IMPORTANT:
Vehicle must be parked on
a level surface.
Press the recline adjustment button.
