Fault Reporting
Should a fault occur during operation this will cause a
continual buzzer alarm to sound and the cutting cycle to
stop.
The alarm buzzer can be cancelled before clearing the
fault by pressing the <ENT> key.
8.7.1 End of Material
Should the material reserve come to an end before the
cutting cycle is complete, an alarm buzzer will sound and
the statement shown appears blinking in the display.
END OF MATERIAL
The material remaining between the sensor bar and the
cutters can be transported approx. 230mm. (9"). The
machine checks whether this material can provide further
pieces within the programmed length or not.

Should this be possible, then a further cutting cycle
will occur. For short lengths of cut material it is
possible to lift the material sensor bar up, thereby
disabling the sensor. (The display stops blinking).
After pressing the <ENT> key, further single
cutting cycles can be carried out by short presses
of the <START> key for as long as there is
material available for the transport rollers.
Following the last cut, upon opening the cutter
cover and the transport rollers a short piece of
material will be found. This final piece should be
discarded. Upon feeding in new material, the
previous programmed automatic cutting cycle
can be resumed, beginning as before with a
single cut.

If the fault report occurs, and the machine is
unable to continue due to the material remaining
being too short the cutting cycle will immediately
stop.
When new material is fed in, the display will cease
blinking. To cancel the displayed fault report, the
<ENT> key must be pressed.
To continue the cutting cycle, press the <START>
key - a single cut will follow. Automatic operation
can then be continued.

Annonce d'erreur
Si une erreur a lieu durant le fonctionnement de la
machine, un signal sonore continu retentit, des indications
apparaissent sur l'écran et le processus de coupe est
arrêté.
Le signal sonore peut être éteint avant la correction de
l'erreur en pressant sur la touche <ENT>.
8.7.1 Fin de matière
Si la réserve de matière se termine avant la fin du cycle de
coupe programmé, un signal sonore retentit et l'écran
informe l'opérateur (message clignotant).
FIN DE MATIERE
Après avoir éteint le signal sonore il est possible
d'avancer la matière d'encore 230 mm. L'appareil
contrôlera de lui-même s'il est possible de faire encore
des coupes à la longueur programmée.

Si cela est possible un nouveau cycle de coupe
sera entamé. Pour de courtes longueurs de
matière, il est possible de relever le capteur de
matière, ce qui le déconnecte et l'écran arrête de
clignoter. Après avoir pressé la touche <ENT>,
des coupes unitaires peuvent être effectuées par
simple pression de la touche <START>, aussi
longtemps qu'il y a de la matière disponible pour
les rouleaux d'avance. Après la dernière coupe si
le couvercle des couteaux est ouvert et le
rouleau d'avance supérieur soulevé, un reste de
matière sera trouvé à l'avant des couteaux, le
mieux est de s'en débarasser. Le réapprovisionne-
ment en matière permet de reprendre le cycle
automatique précédemment programmé, en
commençant comme toujours par une coupe
simple.

Si l'annonce d'erreur a lieu et que la machine ne
peut continuer car la quantité de matière restante
est insuffisante, le cycle de coupe sera immé-
diatement interrompu.
En réintroduisant de la matière le message sur
l'écran arrêtera de clignoter. Afin d'annuler
l'annonce d'erreur, presser la touche <ENT>.
Pour continuer le cycle de coupe, presser la
touche <START>, une coupe simple suivra. Le
fonctionnement automatique peut alors reprendre.
