Materials Suitable for Cutting
Because of the almost unlimited range of materials
available, it is not possible to provide strict limits as to
which materials can be cut with the FS 100. Therefore the
following list should be viewed only as a general guide.

Flat Band Cable AWG 22 - AWG 32
-
Tubing up to 50mm. dia.
(sheath wall thickness 1,5mm)

Tubing up to 30mm. dia.
(sheath wall thickness 2,5mm)
-
Paper (cardboard) up to 250g/m²

Ribbon and Tape
Materials which considerably exceed the above tolerances
may not be processed. Attempts to do so could cause
damage to the FS 100. In the case of any material which
is not listed above, send us samples of the material n
question an we will carry out the necessary test cuts on
your behalf

Safety Precautions
1.
The machine may only be used to cut materials which
are named in chapter 3.
Use for any other purpose is not allowed !
2.
Any adjustments or further work on the FS 100 which
exceed those describedin this handbook may only be
performed by authorised personnel.
3.
During operation ensure that all loose hanging items,
eg. Jewellery, Clothing, Hair etc., are kept well clear of
the rotating blades.
4.
In an emergency situation, actuate the emergency
stop switch by tight pressing. The emergency switch is
located in the front panel of the device. By pressing
this switch the voltage supply is being interrupted.

Matériaux utilisables
La gamme des matériaux que l'on peut couper avec la FS
100 est presque illimitée.
Par conséquent la liste suivante n'est pas exhaustive:

Câble plat AWG 22 - AWG 32

Tuyau jusqu'à 50 mm de diamètre
(épaisseur 1,5mm)

Tuyau jusqu'à 30 mm de diamètre
(épaisseur 2,5mm)

Papier, carton jusqu'à 250 g/m²

Films et bandes
Toutefois, des matériaux dépassant ces tolérances ne
doivent pas être utilisés.
Sous peine d'endommager la FS 100.
Pour des matériaux ne figurant pas dans la liste ci-dessus,
nous envoyer des èchantillions pour que nous procédions
à des essais de coupe.

Conseils de sécurité
1.
L'appareil est exclusivement fait pour couper
matériaux ...
Toute autre utilisation est déconseillée!
2.
Seules les personnes autorisées peuvent utiliser,
ajuster ou réparer la machine conformément aux
conseils donnés ci-après.
3.
Pendant l'utilisation toujours prendre garde aux bijoux,
vêtements ou cheveux, etc... qui
risqueraient de se prendre dans les couteaux.
4.
Au front du FS 100 se trouve un interrupteur de
secours (rouge). Dans une situation critique presser
l'interrupteur et le branchement de la machine est
coupé.
