Membrane or internal membrane of
check valve is fouled or defective.
Valves of cleaning medium or buffer
are not supplied with power.
Valves of cleaning medium or buffer
are blocked.
Valves of cleaning medium or buffer
are defective.
Medium tubing defective or blocked.
Terminal contact dry.
HOLD or control signal does not trigger.
Inductive check-back position indicator
defective.
Terminal contact dry.
LCD screen defective.
Power supply interrupted.
The flow sensor cannot identify any
media flow during a rinsing, cleaning
and/or calibration cycle.
Terminal contact dry.

Self-test interrupted.

Remedy
Remove membrane head. Clean or
replace membranes. See Section 10.2.
Check the wiring as described in
Section 5.3 "Control unit".
Remove valve and clean, possibly
replace.
Replace.
Check hoses for leaks.
Avoid pinching/distortion of tubing.
Check the wiring as described in
Section 5.3 "Control unit".
Check the wiring on the transmitter.
Check whether green LED on auxiliary
print in control unit lights up for 5 sec –
Pause – 2 sec on changeover from "RUN"
to "Service". Possibly replace the print.
Replace inductive check-back position
indicator.
Check the wiring as described in
Section 5.3 "Control unit". Check cable.
Replace the print unit with the PLC.
Check the power supply.
Check flow sensor.
Check water, detergent or buffer valve.
Check pipe.
Check the wiring as described in
