Solution
Nettoyez l'intérieur de l'imprimante. Consultez la
rubrique
"Nettoyage de l'intérieur de l'imprimante et
du tambour" au Chapitre
Vérifiez la conformité des caractéristiques du papier
utilisé.
Si le problème persiste et si le témoin Drum est
allumé, remplacez le tambour par un neuf.
Essuyez les bornes électriques en vous reportant à la
rubrique
"Nettoyage de l'intérieur de l'imprimante et
du tambour" au Chapitre
papier thermo-sensible car vous rencontrerez ce
problème.
Si le problème persiste et si le témoin Drum est
toujours allumé à l'issue du nettoyage, remplacez le
tambour par un neuf.
Vérifiez que la cartouche de toner n'est pas vide.
Essuyez les bornes électriques en vous reportant à
la rubrique "Nettoyage de l'intérieur de
l'imprimante et du tambour" au Chapitre 5.
Vérifiez qu'il ne reste pas de morceaux de papier
sur la fenêtre du scanner.
Il se peut que le problème disparaisse tout seul.
Essayez d'imprimer plusieurs pages de suite pour
éliminer le problème, surtout s'il y a longtemps que
vous vous êtes servi de votre imprimante.
Si la surface du tambour a été rayée, remplacez le
tambour par un neuf.
Si le problème persiste, il se peut que le tambour ait
été rayé ou endommagé par une exposition excessive
à la lumière. Dans ce cas, remplacez le tambour par
un neuf.
