Vous éliminerez vos problèmes de qualité d'impression en remplaçant le
tambour par un neuf si le témoin Drum est allumé. Ce témoin signale
que la durée de vie du tambour touche à sa fin.

Attention
Solution
Vous pourrez peut-être résoudre ce problème en
essuyant la fenêtre du scanner à l'aide d'un chiffon
doux. (Voir la rubrique
l'imprimante et du tambour" au Chapitre
Si le problème persiste et si le témoin Drum reste
allumé à l'issue du nettoyage, remplacez le tambour
par un neuf.
Nettoyez l'intérieur de l'imprimante et le fil
corona primaire de la cartouche de toner. Voir la
rubrique
et du tambour" au Chapitre
Vérifiez que la languette du fil corona est bien à
sa position de départ.
Si le problème persiste et si le témoin Drum est
toujours allumé à l'issue du nettoyage, remplacez le
tambour par un neuf.
Veillez à utiliser du papier ayant les caractéristiques
recommandées. La rugosité du support ou son
épaisseur peuvent être à l'origine du problème.
