After removing the suction
hose (15), clean the dust and soot
particles from the connections. This
ensures that the suction hose (15) can
be inserted again easily.

Replace the pleated filter (
if it is worn, damaged or heavily
soiled (see "Spare Parts/Accesso-
ries").
1. Take off the container cover (10).
2. Rotate the folded filter (18) in an anti-
clockwise direction and remove it.
3. Tap out the pleated filter (18) and clean
it with a paintbrush or hand brush.
Don't wash the pleated filter
(18) in water.
4. Place the folded filter (18) on the inver-
ted container cover (10).
5. Screw in the folded filter (18) tightly in
a clockwise direction.

Storage
•
To store, wind the power cord (1)
around the retaining bracket (6) on the
container lid (10).
•
Keep the equipment in a dry place, out
of reach of children.
For space-saving storage of the ash vacu-
um, you can for example:
•
place the other end of the hose on the
holder (2);
•
fit the suction pipe (16) and the crevice
nozzle (17) onto one of the three roll-
ers with an attachment port (14).
Disposal/Environmental
protection
Be environmentally friendly. Return the tool,
accessories and packaging to a recycling
centre when you have finished with them.
Machines must not be disposed of
with household refuse.
Take the machine to a recycling point. The
waste plastic and metal parts can be sepa-
rated, accurately graded and passed on
for recycling. Contact our Service Centre
for more details.
Defective units returned to us will be dis-
posed of for free.
