at a full standstill:
- when you are not using the
machine or when you are
transporting or leaving it

ne, clean it or remove blo-

swap accessories;
• if the machine becomes
clogged, turn off the power sour-
ce and disconnect the machine
from the mains supply before
freeing any refuse.
• Do not transport or tilt the ma-
chine while the power source is
connected.
Maintenance and storage
• if you stop the machine for
maintenance, inspection, sto-
rage or to change accessories,
switch off the power source,
disconnect the machine from the
mains supply, and ensure that
all moving parts have come to
a standstill. Allow the machine
to cool down before inspection,
changing settings etc. Maintain
the machine with care and keep
it clean.
• Store the machine in a dry place
and out of reach of children.
• Always allow the machine to
cool down before storage.
• When maintaining the shred-
ding unit, be aware that it can
always still move even if the po-
wer supply is switched off.
• Replace worn or damaged parts

• never try to circumvent the lo-
cking function of the protective
equipment.
• if the power cable for this equip-
ment is damaged, it must be
replaced with a special power
cable, which is available from
the manufacturer or a customer
service agent of the same.
Additional instructions and
recommendations
• if possible, connect the machine
only to a socket with a residual
current circuit breaker (FI switch)
with a rated residual current of
not more than 30 mA.
• Switch off the machine before
installing or removing the collec-
tion bag.

Even if properly operating and
handling this electric tool, some resi-
dual risks will remain. Due to its con-
struction and build, this electric tool

a) Ear damage if working without
ear protection.
b) Damage to your health caused
by swinging your hands and
