If, on the other hand, when applying heat in position 0 they do not activate and the thermostat
temperature far exceeds 55 degrees, we can affirm that the thermostat is defective (it is recommended to do this test
with a hot air dryer/stripper).
WARNING: We may find that with the equipment turned on for a period of time the fans do not jump
in position 0, it may happen that the equipment has high cooling through a nearby grille or through
an external air intake and the thermostat never reaches 55 degrees. In these cases, in order for the
fans to start earlier, it is advisable to move the thermostat closer to the heat zone of the nearest combustion
chamber.
‐ Smoke Plaster into the Interior of the House: When we have the equipment in operation and we want to
introduce more fuel load, we can find situations of smoke plaster into the interior of the house. Under normal
conditions, there is always a little plaster towards the house since the draft of the equipment is much wider through
the door than through the smoke outlet, however, we can find that the plaster is greater than normal and the exit of
smoke into the home is excessive. In these cases, we must take into account:
Avoid having an air intake (for example, an extractor hood) in the passenger compartment that
o
introduces smoke into the interior.
If the chimney draft is inadequate because it is short, extend the meters of vertical pipe so that it has
o
more draft (this can be checked by temporarily removing the deflectors and turning on the equipment. If this way it
does not produce as much smoke, we know that the problem is draft. Replace the deflectors once the installation
has been modified).
If the smoke outlet (hood) is inadequate, it can be greatly affected by weather conditions (mainly
o
wind).
Clogging due to soot accumulation on the upper part of the deflectors and/or in the smoke outlet
o
pipe; in this case, chimney sweeping would be necessary.
WARNING: It must be taken into account that when the equipment is at the beginning of ignition it
has less smoke draft than when the equipment is at full capacity.
17.
WARRANTY
The warranty for this device will be according to DIRECTIVE (EU) 2019/771 OF THE EUROPEAN
PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of May 20, 2019, 36 months from the date of the purchase invoice. This
guarantee will be valid only upon presentation of the purchase invoice. The warranty does not cover damage to
glass, handles, aesthetic coatings, vermiculite, fiber gasket on doors, damage attributable to incorrect installation,
inadequate maintenance or repair, improper use of the appliance, as well as any component susceptible to being
manipulated or moved by the user.
IMPORTANT: Failure to perform seasonal maintenance implies the voiding of the warranty. Said
maintenance will be mandatory to activate the second and third year of warranty, taking into account that
maintenance is assumed by the user.
