Problem
There is too much
condensed water on the
rear wall of the refrigerator.
Water flows inside the
refrigerator.
Water flows on the floor.
The door does not close
completely.
Normal noises
It is normal for the refrigeration system to produce
some noises, such as gurgling and hissing.
Possible Cause
Door was opened too frequently.
Door was not closed completely.
Stored food was not wrapped.
The drain hole at the back of the
appliance is clogged.
Food products prevent water from
flowing into the water collector.
The door is not closed well.
The appliance tilts forward.
The drip pan cracked.
The drain hole at the back of the
appliance is clogged.

Solution
Open the door only when necessary.
Make sure the door is closed
completely. Refer to "Closing the
door".
Wrap food in suitable packaging
before storing it in the appliance.
Clean the drain hole with the supplied
tool.
Make sure that food products do not
touch the rear wall.
Refer to "Closing the door".
Tilt the appliance slightly backward
(6mm lower at the back). Refer to the
separate Assembly Instructions for
more details.
Contact an Authorised Service Centre
listed at the end of this manual.
Clean the drain hole with the supplied
tool.

Closing the door
If
Door gaskets are dirty.
Door gaskets are
damaged.
The door is blocked by
shelves, drawers, food
items, etc.
The appliance is not
level.
The door is not aligned
with the cabinet.
Do
Clean them.
Contact the After Sales
Service to replace them.
Position correctly or remove
the objects that block the
door.
Level the appliance. Refer
to "Levelling the appliance",
or the separate Assembly
Instructions.
Adjust the door. Refer to
the separate Assembly
Instructions.
