EMPIRICAL METHOD
- Install the pump on the plant and program it in manual mode.
- After priming it, put the pump in Stop .
- At this point, insert the suction hose complete with foot filter into a graduated in ml test tube filled with the chemical to be
dosed
- Push ESC/SBY button to exit from Stand_by .
- The pump will start sucking the liquid from the tube.
- Count 20 strokes of the pump.
- Check the amount in ml ( = cc) of chemical sucked by the pump and divide it by the number of strokes maden by the
pump (20 in this case)
- The result of this division is the value of cc / injection to insert in the menu ppm
- If the result is too small or too big, try to increase or decrease the number of strokes and repeat the method.

PROGRAMMING mA Input FUNCTIONING
Dosing proportional to the input current mA. The proportional range and the injection Frequency
can be freely decided.
The display shows on the first row the percentuage frequency of dosing (100% = 150 pulse per
minute) and on the second row the input current measure of the pump (in figure is 14 mA)
