6. Recovery
When PULSE is detected, please press the heartbeat reply button to start detecting
the heartbeat reply function. The test time will count down from 1 minute to 0:00, and
the heartbeat symbol will continue to flash until it returns to 0. Please hold the
heartbeat device tightly in your hand during the 1 minute of detection to keep the
heartbeat symbol blinking and detecting, and when the time returns to 0, the
electronic meter will read the user's heartbeat reply F1~F6 level.

Use the standard supplied adapter.

Auto power on and off: When the user starts to exercise or presses any
button, the electronic watch will automatically turn on, if the user does not
exercise or use the electronic watch for 4 minutes, the electronic watch will
automatically turn off the power and enter the sleep display temperature.

In case of a defect, the plug must be pulled out and inserted.

This display offers the possibility of pairing with a smartphone/tablet to allow
