General usage:
1. After connecting the power supply, the console enters the power-on mode: the buzzer
beeps for 1 second, while the LCD displays for 2 seconds, and then displays the
wheel diameter of 78.0 KM for 1 second, and then enters the mode window of U0.
2. After the electronic meter is fully displayed, U1 can be displayed by pressing
UP/DOWN to select U0~U4, and then press MODE to confirm the selection.
Next, you can set your personal information such as gender, age, height, and weight
in the upper right window, and press MODE KEY to confirm.
3. If you choose Manual function, press Mode-key to confirm, then press UP/DOWN key
to set all the functions (such as TIME, DIST, CAL, PULSE) and press START to start
the movement, and press UP/DOWN key to adjust the LOAD value during the
movement.
4. If you choose Program function, press Mode-key to confirm and UP/DOWN key to
adjust LOAD value, press Mode-key to confirm and then UP/DOWN key to set and so
on after setting all the functions (e.g. TIME, DIST, CAL, PULSE), press START to
start the movement, and you can press UP/DOWN key to adjust the LOAD value
during the movement. During the movement, you can press UP/DOWN key to adjust
the LOAD value. If you choose Watt function, press Mode-key to confirm and press
UP/DOWN to adjust the LOAD value, press Mode-key to confirm and then press
UP/DOWN to set all the functions (e.g. TIME, DIST, CAL, PULSE) and then press
START to start the movement.
5. Estimated time (TIME) / distance (DISTANCE) / calories (CALORIES) / watts
(WATTS) / heart rate (HEART RATE) Setting and inputting the user's function value
as above, the function value display can count down to 0; or the user doesn't need to
preset, the electronic meter will count up from 0 to the upper limit according to the
function value after you start the movement.
