Use the Steam Clean on small spills such as cheese or sauce
from pizza or snacks, or drips from casseroles.
Food spills containing sugar, proteins or starches may require
vigorous scrubbing to remove most of the debris.
It is recommended to use distilled or filtered water, as tap
water may leave mineral deposits on the oven bottom. Use a
cloth soaked with vinegar or lemon juice to remove any
mineral deposits that may be left after the Steam Clean cycle.
Griddle or Grill/Griddle (on some
models)
For WFGS7530R*:
To Use the Griddle Accessory:
Griddle installed over center burner
1. Locate the griddle over the center burner on the grates as
shown. The locating feet on the bottom of the griddle will
engage the grate tines to keep the griddle from sliding.
2. Before each use, brush on a thin layer of cooking oil to keep
food from sticking. Cooking sprays may leave a sticky residue
on the griddle that is hard to remove.
3. Preheat the griddle for 5 minutes. Preheating the griddle
slowly will ensure even heat distribution and will avoid warping
the griddle.
4. For cooking, set the center burner to the medium setting for
best performance.
NOTE: It is recommended to use griddle on center burner
only.
Cleaning the Griddle:
For stuck-on food, use a mild scrubbing sponge or brush with a
mild soap to remove and rinse with water. Dry remaining water to
reduce the chance of rusting.

on the grill/griddle that is hard to remove.
3. For cooking on the left side of the cooktop - preheat
grill/griddle for 5 minutes with each Left Rear and Left Front
burner on High or Medium High setting. After preheating is
complete, adjust the burners heat setting as necessary
depending on the food being cooked.
4. For cooking on the center of the cooktop - preheat grill/griddle
for 5-10 minutes on high. After preheating is complete, adjust
the burner heat setting as necessary depending on the food

immediately after running the oven cleaning cycle.
Cleaning the Grill/Griddle:

remove & rinse with water.
Dry remaining water to reduce the chance of rusting.
