The spacer on the back of the appliance must touch the wall. It ensures that the correct
clearance is maintained when positioning the microwave.
 Do not remove the feet.
 Connect the microwave to a convenient and easily accessible, earthed mains socket.
6.2. Cleaning the appliance for the fi rst time
 Pull the door handle (10) to open the microwave door (1 1).
 To remove dust residue from the packaging and any other potential residue stemming
from the manufacturing process, wipe out the cooking area (8) and the inner side of
the viewing window (1 1) with a slightly damp, soft cloth before using the appliance for
the first time. Ensure that no liquids penetrate into the microwave and dry the surfaces
completely afterwards.
 Clean the glass turntable (5) and the roller ring (6) in warm water with a little washing
up liquid before drying off these parts completely.
6.3. Inserting the glass turntable
 Do not use the microwave without properly installing the glass turntable (5).
 Check that the drive shaft (7) is correctly inserted in the recess on the base of the
cooking area and that its wings rest flat on the base. If necessary, turn the drive shaft
(7) until it sinks into its correct position.
 Place the roller ring (6) in the recess in the cooking area (8) and then place the glass
turntable (5) centrally on the drive shaft (7) (see Fig. C) so that the webs of the glass
turntable (5) lie between the wings of the drive shaft (7).

DANGER!
Risk of injury!

lock (9) are damaged then do not use the microwave
under any circumstances. Immediately remove the mains
plug (2) from the earthed mains socket in this case.
