3.5. Cleaning and maintaining the appliance
The improper use of cleaning agents on the appliance may
damage the surfaces. Do not use any aggressive chemical agents,
scouring agents or hard sponges for cleaning.
Do not clean the appliance with a steam cleaner. Steam may
penetrate into the appliance and damage the electronics and the
surfaces.
Failure to clean the microwave properly can damage the surface
which can in turn reduce the service life of the appliance and may
lead to dangerous situations.
Regularly clean the appliance and remove food residue.
Observe the instructions for cleaning when cleaning the inside of
the microwave oven as well as the adjacent parts, see section "13.
Cleaning and care" in the full user manual.
