In case of product problems, you can contact the Assistance Service by filling out the form you find on the CONTACTS page of our website.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Complete the FORM in its entirety (legibly)
2. Send it by email to: customercare@sistematica.it
3. Prepare the object in a box together with a copy of the FORM and send (at your expense) to:
4. Upon arrival, the product will be checked and taken in charge.
If it is under warranty (within 2 years of purchase): the repair will be carried out and returned
completely AT OUR EXPENSE.
5. If the warranty has expired for any reason:

- you will be charged €50 for service fee
- you will be contacted with a quote estimate to be approved in writing before starting any repairs
- the return shipment will be at your expense (or you can ask us to scrap it for free).
