Disassembly
Separate air motor from pump tube
Refer to pump manual for details
Air motor
1 Remove cover (2)
1.1 Pry and swing cover sideways away
from cylinder (1) (→ Fig. 3)
2 Remove screws (22) from top cap (21)
3 Remove top cap from cylinder
4 Remove muffler (5) from cover
5 Remove o-ring (20) and gasket (8)
from top cap
6 Remove gasket (8) from bottom cap
Cover removal and installation

Pry and swing out to remove cover

Logic components
NOTE
Do not pry any logic component from
cylinder

7 Push on pilot piston (7) with tool

8 Push remaining exhaust adapter (4) from
inside of cylinder with blunt tool
9 Remove directional spools (14) with
attached components, pilot pistons (7),
pilot adapters (19), and shaft (16) from
exhaust adapter
