Problem

Quick Troubleshooting Guide - VFD
NOTICE: The VFD will reset the dry run fault four times.
When the fault occurs, the pump restarts after 1 minute,
5 minutes, 1 hour, and 6 hours. After the fourth try the
VFD locks out and displays the error message.
To manually reset the fault, press the ESC (Escape)
button. The fault will reset and the display will clear, but
if the fault has not cleared, it will immediately reappear
on the display panel.

Remove and clean/replace check valve.
Repair suction pipe.
Replace tank
Adjust tank air pressure to 70% of set point
pressure; see Table 2.
