5.3.3. Application of bonding agent on bracket base and ligation of the arch wire
The mixture of pastes is applied in a thin layer on the bracket base.
The bracket is positioned onto the tooth applying light pressure and can still
be adjusted within approximately 15 seconds. After the final position is determined press the
bracket firmly onto the tooth. The excess adhesive can be removed with a scaler
(e.g. REF 027-349-00) or an instrument for the bonding technique (e.g. REF 023-275-00).
5.3.4. The arch wire may be placed 10 minutes after the last bracket has been bonded
(refer to page 24 (2.7))
