ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Reference t o rightand lefthandsideof thesnowthrower is fromthe
operator's p ositionatthe handle.
UNPACKING
1. Usingknife,cut alongthedottedlinesaroundthetop andbottomof
carton. T henremove cartonmaterial a sshownin Figure2.
2. Remove shearpinsandcotterpinsfrompartsbagand placein shear
boltstorage box.
3. Locate and remove thepartsbag.
NOTE: Setthefuelstabilizer a sideuntiladdinggasoline to thefuel
tank.Werecommend t hatfuel stabilizer b eadded to thefueleachtime
thetankis filled.
4. Rollthesnowthrower off thecartonby pullingon thelowerhandle.
CAUTION: DONOTbackovercables.
5. Remove t hepackingmaterial from thehandle assembly.
6. Cuttiessecuring theclutchcontrolcables to the lowerhandle.
NOTE: If thecableshavebecome disconnected fromtheclutchlevers,
reinstall t hecables asshownin Figure3.
