Add oil as needed. 1. Make sure the unit is level. Use a high quality detergent oil classified “For Service SF, SH, SJ, SL, or higher”.

Pull the starter cord handle slowly until resistance is felt, then pull rapidly. Be sure that engine oil is at FULL mark on the oil fill cap/dipstick. The snowthrower engine is equipped with an A.C.
