10. Fasten the shoulder straps with the appropriate buck-
les, as shown in diag 10. Check that the buckles are
fastened correctly.
11. Adjust the length of the shoulder straps by holding
the ends of the two side straps. Pull them until they
adhere correctly to the child's body (diag. 11).
12. For maximum comfort during transport, the shoulder
straps should cross in a central position, slightly below
your shoulder blades (diag. 12).
HOW TO PLACE BABY INSIDE THE BABY CARRIER
It is recommended that you place the child in the baby
carrier while sitting.
FACING INWARD
13. Fasten the buckle located at the height of the child's
waist only on one side of the baby carrier (diag. 13 A).
Then fasten the corresponding upper buckle (diag. 13
B). Check that both buckles are fastened correctly.
14. Sit the child into the baby carrier, inserting it from the
open side (diag. 14).
WARNING: Hold your child safely while carrying out this
operation. Ensure that the child's legs are positioned cor-
rectly, straddling the seat, and that its arm is inserted
through the specifi c opening.
15. Fasten the buckle, located at the height of the child's
waist, on the other side of the baby carrier (diag. 15
A). Then fasten the corresponding upper buckle (diag.
15 B). Check that both of the child's arms are inserted
through the specifi c openings, and that both buckles
are fastened correctly.
16. Adjust their length, ensuring that baby is sitting in a
comfortable and safe position. It is always necessary
to adjust the width around baby's waist and leg open-
ings. Ensure that the baby carrier is neither too large
nor too tight, and that it fi ts baby's body correctly
(diag. 16).
17. Adjust the headrest's position pulling the straps, as
shown in diagram 17.
WARNING: Ensure that the surrounding space around
baby's face is suffi cient to provide a good quality of air
circulation.
18. While supporting the Baby Carrier from the bottom,
adjust the length of each shoulder strap, one at a time,
until the child is closely positioned against the upper
part of the adult's chest, so ensuring maximum com-
fort for the adult and maximum safety for the child
(diag. 18).
FACING FORWARD
When the child is able to keep its head straight and its
shoulders in a vertical position, approximately from four
months of age, it can be transported in a forward facing
position.
19. Fasten the buckle, located at the height of the child's
waist, only on one side of the baby carrier (diag. 19).
Check that the buckle is fastened correctly.
20. Place the child into the baby carrier, inserting it from
the open side (diag. 20).
WARNING: Hold your child safely while carrying out this
operation. Ensure that the child's legs are positioned cor-
rectly, straddling the seat.
21. Fasten the buckle, located at the height of the child's
waist, on the other side of the baby carrier (diag. 21).
Check that the buckle is fastened correctly.
22. Turn the upper part of the baby carrier in a downward
direction (diag. 22).
23. Fasten the upper buckles located on the sides (diag.
23). Check that the buckles are fastened correctly.
24. Adjust their length, as well as the length of the side
width adjusters, ensuring that baby is sitting in a com-
fortable and safe position. It is also necessary to ad-
just the width around baby's waist and leg openings.
Ensure that the baby carrier is neither too large nor
too tight, and that it fi ts baby's body correctly
(diag. 24).
25. While supporting the Baby Carrier from the bottom,
adjust the length of each shoulder strap, one at a time,
until the child is closely positioned against the upper
part of the adult's chest, thus ensuring maximum
comfort for the adult and maximum safety for the
child (diag. 25).
HOW TO REMOVE THE CHILD FROM THE BABY
CARRIER

FORWARD
It is recommended that you remove the child from the
Baby Carrier while sitting.
26. Hold the child safely and unfasten the upper buckle
only on one side (diag. 26 A); then unfasten buckle lo-
cated at the height of the baby's waist (diag. 26 B).
27. Remove the child from the baby carrier (diag. 27).
CARRYING BABY IN THE LYING POSITION
WARNING: For your child's safety. To remove the child
from the baby carrier, it is necessary that you sit down and
place the baby carrier on your lap, or onto the table.
28. Hold the child securely and unfasten fi rst the two up-
per buckles (diag. 28 A) and then the buckles located at
the height of the child's waist (diag. 28 B).
29. Remove the child from the baby carrier (diag. 29).
SUN CANOPY
30. The baby carrier has a padded sun canopy. To fi t the
sun canopy, it is suffi cient to fi x it to the upper edge
of the baby carrier with the specifi c zip (diag. 30). The
use of the sun canopy ensures your child's safety when
it is carried in the lying position.
INSERT/PILLOW
The baby carrier has an insert/pillow: the reversible cover,
in warm fl eece for the winter months and soft, breath-
able fabric for the summer months, ensures maximum
comfort during the fi rst months of baby's life. When
baby grows, the padding can be removed, and the
baby carrier can be adjusted to the size of the child's
body.
31. To fi t the insert/pillow inside the baby carrier, insert
the lower panel inside the specifi c pocket (diag. 31 A),
then insert the two buttons inside the corresponding
holes, as shown in diagram 31 B.
