5. Do not use any loose spacers or bushes
to reduce the size of the holes in the
circular saw blades.
6. Make sure that fixed spacers for securing
the tool inserts have the same diameter and
at least 1/3 of the cutting wheel diameter.
7. Make sure that any fixed spacer rings
are parallel to one another.
8. Handle the tool inserts with care. Prefer-
ably, store these in their original packag-
ing or in special containers. Wear safety
gloves to improve safe gripping and to
further reduce the risk of injury.
9. Before using the tool inserts, make sure
that all the safety devices are suitably
fastened.
10. Make sure before use, that the tool insert
you are going to use corresponds to the
technical requirements of this electric
power tool and is suitably fastened.
11. Only use the saw blade provided when
working with wood; never use it for
working with metals.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY ADVICE FOR THE
LASER

Do not look directly into the laserbeam.

Do not point the laserbeam towards
persons or animals.
•
Do not point the laserbeam towards
reflecting materials.
•
Do not insert hard objects into the laser
optic.
•
Clean the laser optic with a soft dry
brush.
•
Only a qualified technician should be
repairing the laser.
IMPORTANT SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR
BATTERIES
Warning: Batteries can explode or leak and
lead to injuries or fire. To reduce this risk:

Observe all instructions and warnings
on the batteries and the packaging.
•
When inserting the batteries ensure to
do so with the correct polarity (+ and -).

Do not short circuit the battery
connections.
•
Do not charge disposable batteries.
•
Do not mix old and new batteries.
Replace all batteries at the same time
by using new batteries of the same
make and type.
•
Remove empty batteries immediately
and dispose of them in the correct
manner.
•
Do not throw batteries in fire.
•
Keep batteries out of the reach of
children.
•
Remove the batteries from the power
tool if you are not using the power tool
for several months.
•
If you suspect a battery may have been
swallowed, seek immediate medical
advice.
USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Unpacking
1. Open the packaging and carefully
remove the electric power tool.
2. Remove the packaging material.
3. Remove the packing and transport
safety devices (if any).
4. Check that all the expected contents are
present.
5. Inspect the electric power tool and
accessories for any damage during
transport.
6. Retain the packaging, if possible, until
the end of the warranty period. Thereaf-
ter, please dispose of the packaging in
an environmentally friendly way, by utilis-
ing a recycling system.
