19. INNER CLEANING
WARNING! TURN OFF POWER SUPPLY TO THE CABINET BY DISCONNECTING THE
POWER PLUG BEFORE CLEANING.
By tank cleaning, proceed as follows:
1.
Remove and place the ice cream tubs in another refrigerated container at the same temperature.
2.
Remove and clean the tub supports and the side covers with warm water and neutral soap and dry with a soft cloth.
3.
Before cleaning the tank the inside temperature must be equal to the ambient temperatur.
4.
Proceed with washing and drying the internal chamber with a cloth using neutral PH detergent and fresh water.
5.
Avoid water entering into the appliance lighting units.
6.
Open the front of the glass (see paragraph 20).
7.
Clean the internal glass using only specific glass products. It is not recommended to use water as it can leave limescale on the
glass surface.
8.
Then plug the unit and wait till the appliance reaches the right temperature before filling it again.
Defrosting is executed automatically.
The water generated by the evaporator, collected in a tray, soaks an absorbent cloth and is dissolved by means of the heat lost by the
cooling system.
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
Never use a water hose or a high-pressure jet to clean the cabinet.
WARNING! Do not use jet of water to clean the cabinet: electrical wiring could be damaged.
WARNING! Never use mechanical devices or any other means to accelerate the defrosting process,
other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
20. FRONT GLASS OPENING
The front glass can be opened manually as indicated below.
CAUTION! The front glass has restricted front opening.
Never force opening beyond the allowed range.
