HDS8645U, HDS8645C, RGM8058UC or RGM8658UC
follow these instructions.
Using a Wok Ring
For stir frying meat, vegetables and rice with a round-
bottom wok.
Only suitable for use on dual-flame burners.

Use only with round-bottom woks with a maximum

diameter of 14 inches.
When cooking with the wok, use only cooking oil that is
suitable for heating to high temperatures, such as peanut
oil.
Cook the ingredients at a high heat, while stirring
constantly.
For stirring the food and for taking it out of the pan, it is
best to use a shallow ladle with a long handle made from
a heat-resistant material.

page indicate a type and do not constitute an
endorsement of a particular brand. Use all products
according to package directions.
Let the wok ring cool to room temperature before
cleaning, temperature shock can damage the coating.

Installing the wok ring
When you cook using a wok, place the wok ring onto the
grate over the dual-flame burner. Make sure that the wok
is stable on the wok ring when you are cooking.
WARNING

As woks differ widely, check that the one you have
fits securely in the wok ring on the grate when cold,
before using it for cooking. It should not slip or
wobble.
