1. Switch off the vehicle's engine.
2. Remove the lower part of the housing from the coupler and remove the black and yellow wires.
3. Select a location for the battery coupler that satisfies the following requirements:
- as close as possible to the starter battery,
- easily accessible,
- the cables must not run anywhere near the exhaust pipe.
Position the coupler where you want it to go, and mark the locations of the two holes you need to drill.
4. Connect the battery cables using cables with an appropriate cross-section:
- the terminal marked «START BAT» is connected to the positive pole of the starter battery cable,
- the terminal marked «SECOND BAT» is connected to the positive pole of the service battery cable.
5. Depending on the positioning of the cables, use pliers to remove two of the pre-drilled slots on the side of the cou-
pler to facilitate cable routing.
6. Connect the earth wire (black wire marked «GND») to the negative pole of both the starter and service batteries.
7. Reposition the lower part of the body. Place the coupler in the position you have chosen and marked in step 3.
Drill two holes.
8. Fix the coupler using short screws to complete the installation.
Note: If you encounter any difficulties during installation, always contact your authorised dealer/retailer for repairs or
replacement parts. We recommend that you have the coupler installed by a qualified electrician.
