ADJUSTMENT OF LONG BAR HOLDER

Fit the height of long bar holders (4) through turning out the hand-
grip screws (20) then insert the long bar holder (4) into desired po-
sition at supports (2) for your training project. Take care that the
long bar holder has always the same height adjustment and don't
put on one side to many dumbbells onto a long bar so that it won't
tilt and drop down from long bar holder
FOLD UP FOR SAVING SPACE
For saving space you can fold up front foot and cushion frame upright. Pull out the safety pin (19) from cushion frames connection point and
lift up the cushion frame in upright position. Then insert the safety pin (19) into the align holes to avoid drop down of cushion frame (6). Fold
up the front foot tube (7) in the same way. Check after every fold up and fold out action that the safety pins are in right position.
BENCH PRESSING
Lie on your back on the bench with your knees bent. Grip the long
dumbbell with your hands shoulder width apart and press it up-
wards from the chest until your arms are straight. Then return
slowly to the starting position and repeat the exercise. This exercise
trains all the pectoral muscles as well as the shoulders and triceps.
